3. INTRODUCTION
The modes of teaching in higher education have fully changed in last 15
years. While some old guards still stay with the old “Chalk and Talk” technology, it is
very rare that in these days professors do not use some modern technology in class
room delivery. More information on any subject is available on such sources as
“Youtube”, “Facebook”, “Wikipedia” and “Google”. The online education therefore
has added new options of teaching.
Education is play an important role in life of any human being. Without
education nobody can improve their self so education is change future of a person.
There is innovate such kind of tools and technique for make education more
comprehensive and easy to improve education system. Internet is one of them
which can change future of our education system. It is help in new invention
research and perfection. Internet is easy medium to circulate the learning sources
to students teachers and researcher.
Internet is backbone of distance education system because it make easy to
student and researcher to get reading material anytime anywhere.

4. Government policy
1. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) launched in 2001 for elementary
education. Innovative educational policies in India have been a huge success.
2. Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) launched in 2009 for secondary
education produced great results in the educational developments.
3. Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme
launched in 2013 aims at providing strategic funding to eligible state higher
educational institutions.

5. ROLE OF ICT IN HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM
At present a new era has evolved in the education sector by means of ICTS.
Different ICTs are now set to become instrumental to help expand access to
education, strengthen the relevance of education to the increasingly digital
workplace, and raise educational quality by, among others, helping make teaching
and learning into an engaging, active process connected to real life. The application
and exposure to and deployment of ICTs fundamentally change the way education is
conceived and delivered to students. Due to its easy accessibility this means of
education has become very popular all over the world. Distance education has got a
thrust after the evolution of ICT-based education system.

4) Internet has a lot of "cheater" sites. People can buy essays and pass them off as their own far
more easily than they used to be able to do.
6) Hackers can create viruses that can get into your personal computer and ruin valuable data. Hackers
can use the internet for identity theft.
