flow of e-commerce packages, work items or documents between internal
and external office users, store associates and customers.

Collection Point is a fundamental component of Collectomate Platform. It‘s a
multi-locker IoT solution, operated using dedicated Collectomate app.

of parcels are sent and there is a lack of space for them.
The costs related to parcel processing increase,
employee productivity goes down and new security
issues emerge.
Package processing in the office takes around 7
minutes. The effort is not the only problem. Task

should be treated according to GDPR.
