India is a diverse country with lakhs of languages and
cultural. But women after marriage restrain themselves
from business environments owing to reservations in
communities, security issues and other conservative
reasons.

Collaborate App provides an ideal solution for the
problem. Through the app, like minded people of a
particular locality can collaborate and connect to run a
sustainable small scale business from home and monetize
their potential.

Collaborate utilises the digital networking capabilities and helps in
developing a sustainable business from home for household women.
Through the app, people of a locality can search three domains and
any interested candidates can showcase their expertise in these areas
and monetize from home
The verticals of the app are Cooking, Creative arts, and Teaching.
8. MARKET OVERVIEW
In India, people are constantly looking for opportunities to earn money
owing to inflation, unemployment and other gross international
economic reasons. Working in a digital environment solves all the
conservative norms and concerns
There is always a skill gap in the certain fields such as tutors, creative
designers . Due to gender and other bias, these sectors are highly
underutilised. Hence the need for such app is essential to cater this
long pondering problem

ANALYSIS
Meetup and Next door are two close competitor with more or less
similar ideas. Next door is not available in India.
Both the apps help in networking with like minded people. But none
addresses the conservative customs and cater the local needs

BREAK EVEN ANALYSIS
Break Even Analysis is made after 6 months of pilot.
The pricing for consumers will be revised for every 6 months
The profit distribution will include Operational and App maintenance cost

• The increments are based on the performance and commitments
• After 6 months the divisional managers will be promoted as area sales manager
• The area sales manager will be responsible for overall area
• The additional divisional managers will be reporting to area sales manager
• Interested users can undertake the post of divisional managers based on performance
• The product line expansion will be decided by CEO on the discretion of Area Sales

• Market expansion will be the next focus after establishing a sustainable market in an
