Riding on fast-paced infrastructure development over
the past few years, Kabul Chawla talked about
Faridabad saying, it is well on its way to becoming a
realty hotspot in the Delhi-NCR region. The NCR
Regional Plan 2021 has projected the population of
Faridabad to grow to over 2 million in less than 10

Kabul Chawla added saying, Faridabad is an important
part of Delhi NCR which comprises Gurgaon, Noida,
Ghaziabad and Greater Noida. The real estate sector in
and around Delhi has witnessed a surge in the last five
years owing to the IT wave in the country. Faridabad,
too, is experiencing considerable growth in the real
estate segment and developing exponentially. It has
become one of the most sought after realty destinations
in the NCR.

The property market in Faridabad is witnessing a
rising trend of rapid growth and success. In fact, the
recent times of booming property market, has
transformed Faridabad into a lucrative place to buy,
sell and rent industrial and commercial property in
Delhi/NCR to land and plots in Faridabad. It is
equidistant from Gurgaon, NOIDA and South Delhi,
virtually positioning it at the centre
With the growing demand of property from builders
and developers, there has been a major boom in the real
estate market in Faridabad. With other real estate
