BONUS CALCULATION PROCEDURE
LBU Calculation Procedure:
• All the LBUs accumulated in a month, will derive the LBU value from
Leadership Bonus and same will be paid to the qualifiers by multiplying LBU
value with LBU earned by the IBO in that month.
• This bonus is calculated and paid monthly.
Leadership bonus units will be calculated on PSVP of the down line up to the
levels (Compressed Levels) and % of PSVP depending upon IBO's rank
achievement as per chart.
27. The company provides 4% of SVP turnover in a calendar month for Car Fund, the
same will be paid to the qualifiers as per the following criteria.
