Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for end to end process - Quote to Billing.
• Creating new standard contracts, renewals, order forms and get that signed from
client.
• Manage order tracking (order to cash) and opportunity creation in Siebel and
Trust.
• Processing & Validating the Quotes as per customer signed agreement.
• Reconciliation of Invoices and resolving Billing Issues raised by customers.
• Act as an “expert” resource for the Sales team on any questions relating to
Thomson Reuters ordering process or policies.
