2. What to Donate
• International phone cards (If you are going to go donate a
phone card please drop it off at the library check out desk).
• Baby wipes and body wipes
• Batteries (AA)
• Dental floss
• Mouthwash
• Waterless hand sanitizer
• Eye drops
• Saline nasal spray
• Deodorant
• Black sunglasses
• Lip balm
• Sunscreen
• Foot powder
• Disposable razors
• Soap (non-scented because bugs like scented items)
• Shampoo (non-scented because bugs like scented items)
• Toothbrushes
• Toothpaste
• Baggies with zipper Locks
• Tube socks
• Anti-fungal powders
• Fleece gloves, scarves and blankets
• Lotion (non-scented because bugs like scented items)
• Over the counter anesthetic cream for sunburns and minor
injuries
PLEASE DO NOT DONATE ANY FOOD ITEMS.
Books- New or gently used books, preferably paper back
as they are lighter, and thus easier to ship and for
soldiers to carry around.
The following genres are most frequently requested:
Mystery
Action
Horror
Religious
Westerns
Other genres are requested so if you have something you
would like to donate please go ahead and do so and we
will match it to a request.
Magazines and Comic Books- Both are highly
appreciated, and can be new or used in good condition.
Please do not donate any pornographic materials.
Media- If you want to send DVD's or CD's they can be
new or gently used.
We cannot ship any illegally copied (i.e. bootlegged or
burned) DVD's or CD's.
A $15 donation will pay for postage on one care package.
