WORK EXPERIENCE:
06/12      HPP Staffing/Wipro –Project Management Consultant at Shell Oil Products US
06/12      Houston, TX – (Short Term Contract)
    •   Performed deep dive on the original requirements on AutoCAD 2012 Upgrade, and their 13 associated applications
        to 26 Locations Globally for their Go-Live 11/16/2012:
    •   Recommended and Re-evaluated Solutions to Objectives; Project team, roles/responsibilities; Business case; List of
        Deliverables, Project schedule and costs for both internal and external vendors. Stage Gate Process Used: PDF (Project
        Delivery Framework).
    •   This project was at a very high risk for failure if Shell decided to move forward. There were also issues I had
        discovered during my review process of their Budget Release document I was given:
            o Various Releases of Vista, had problems, some never tested with AutoCAD 2012, various .Net versions,
               and some associated apps not compatible with AutoCAD 2012.
            o There was a project in the Portfolio in which another Team was already in the testing stage of rolling out
               Windows 7.
            o Some of the 2009 associated apps were not compatible with 2012 or no longer supported.
            o    Business Decision: Hold off until January 2013 to rollout AutoCAD 2013, with their associated applications on
                 Windows 7 Operating System.

08/08             Collabera-Artech Information Systems L.L.C–Project Manager/Account Lead and Transition Project
                  Manager for IBM
10/11             Houston, TX - (3 separate Contracts)
• Gathered requirements in: estimating and contract/proposal writing and obtaining sign off from client on: SOW/Contract in
    regards to Solution or Problem Objectives; Project team, roles/responsibilities, Business cases, List of Deliverables, Project
    schedule and costs for both internal and external vendors. Stage Gate Process Used: PDP (Project Defined Process)
• Maintained /communicated Deliverables, Schedule, Change requests, Time, Costs Issues and Risks as well as
    processing/assisting with invoices.
• Worked closely with Clients and Managers to support day to day project requirements for Data Migrations to a new

10/07           Whitaker Consulting –Project Management Consultant at Boardwalk Pipelines (Gulf South Pipelines)
03/08           Houston, TX – (Short Term Contract)
•   Managed the implementation and consolidation of two new applications for both Gulf South and Texas Gas. Objective was to
    consolidate one training and document retention application at a Boardwalk level. Stage Gate Process Used: PDP (Project
    Defined Process)
•   Gathered requirements in: estimating and contract/proposal writing and obtaining sign off from client on: SOW/Contract in
    regards to Solution or Problem Objectives; Project team, roles/responsibilities, Business cases, List of Deliverables, Project
    schedule and costs for both internal and external vendors.
•   Maintained /communicated Deliverables, Schedule, Change requests, Time, Costs Issues and Risks as well as
    processing/assisting with invoices.
•   Delivered projects to production environment on or before pre-determined time, and meeting pre-defined business objectives.

07/06            Burnett Staffing/Getronics – Sr. Project Manager – at BP
08/07            Houston, TX
• Managed all infrastructure and Telecom required for 6 buildings. This included all Data, Phone, vanilla, wireless network
    connectivity, document retention, audio visual and Security cabling and installation. Ensured all applications were accessible
    to all stakeholders at various locations. Stage Gate Process Used: CVP (Capital Value Process)
• Gathered requirements in: estimating and contract/proposal writing and obtaining sign off from client on: SOW/Contract in
    regards to Solution or Problem Objectives; Project team, roles/responsibilities, Business cases, List of Deliverables, Project

• Managed the TXC Fiber runs to all remote buildings; the new VOIP/IPT solution to 3 remote locations; working with the PMO
    office on their expectations and the GO Telecom expectations and trying to eliminate redundancy areas for improvement.

03/05          Whitaker Consulting – Project Manager at BHP Billiton
05/05          Houston, TX - (Short Term Contract)
• Managed the Global Deployment of XP SOE desktop images (Windows XP Operating System and XP SOE business and
    ERP applications), and handled all testing and communications to users prior to deployments including the impact of the
    managed desktops. Stage Gate Process Used: PDP (Project Defined Process)
•   Managed Global effort in the implementation and ongoing management of email archive and Journaling servers located in
    US, UK, and AUS.
•   Analyzed and managed Global Wireless LAN project both in the US and in Trinidad.
•   Coordinated and managed 3rd party vendors and the Client facilities on requirements.
•   Remotely Trained Project Managers on all phases of the Global Wireless LAN project, located, in Trinidad
•   Managed the Implementation of Documentum and produced training materials for the deployment of Documentum to all staff.
•   Recommended and managed the implementation of a third party Scanning solution.
•   Rationalized all like for like Business applications.
•   Other duties included Proposal writing, Business Process flow improvements, Vendor and Customer pricing negotiations,
    Weekly Financials, budgeting and Status reports and the tracking of FTE hours. Also contributed to the standardization of
    PMO templates and the testing of the new Web front end project tracking system.
05/04            BearingPoint/KPMG – Project Manager
01/05            Houston, TX,
• Gathered requirements in: estimating and contract/proposal writing and obtaining sign off from client on: SOW/Contract in
    regards to Solution or Problem Objectives; Project team, roles/responsibilities, Business cases, List of Deliverables, Project
    schedule and costs for both internal and external vendors. Stage Gate Process Used: CVP (Capital Value Process)
• Acted as Project Manager for new releases on a Global Oracle Financial Project. (Eagle Global Logistics).
• Participated in the effort on aiding the client in the PMO office, which included standardized templates according to PMI
    standards. These new process were implemented for managing the Global Transportation companies’ Implementation
    Project on new releases of their Oracle Financial software. (Eagle Global Logistics).
• Performed Database cleanup, and reporting templates in PVCS Tracker system on issues on new releases. (Eagle Global
    Logistics).
• Managed multiple large Data Center Migration project for a very large Financial Institution. (Some resources and vendors
    were remotely managed in Ohio). (JPMorgan Chase and BankOne-Chicago, IL). Infrastructure; Internet & Intranet Software,
    Midrange, and Mainframe systems and Hardware implementations and Application Development projects.
• Managed the implementation project of Livelink Document retention application in San Francisco. This included turning
    manual process into this new system as well as converting data from various older systems utilized. (Included Use Case
    Analysis for Maximo, ACR System and gMMS web front end system). (Genentech).
• Audited Purchase order files for various Procurement Departments at one of the world's largest providers of products and
    services to the oil and gas industries. This also included the Files for the Engineering and Construction Group, which covered
    the energy industry natural gas plants, refining and processing plants, production facilities and pipelines, both onshore and
    offshore and construction needs of governments and civil infrastructure (KBR-Halliburton).

07/00           Shell Oil Products US - Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager
12/03           Houston, TX
•   Participated and led the effort on building a new PMO office, which included standardized templates and building the PMO
    team according to PMI standards. Stage Gate Process Used: PDF (Project Delivery Framework)
• Managed the rationalization of all business applications Portfolios, for numerous Shell locations to standardize all applications
    according to operational standards for all Shell locations. This was a Global project to implement a lock down environment of
    all desktops using Smartcard technologies. Also assisted customers in using and testing applications across multiple
    platforms of Shell’s Infrastructure. This included corporate applications, plant applications, and refineries across the US along
    with connectivity. (Project in whole-roughly $200m with 18 Project Managers).
• Facilitated all stakeholder meetings for 18 people in 9 Business Units, and 14 people at 7 different plants. This was a total of
    32 people to define, concur and document on all of the Business processes.
*This project, was just one module out of 6, saved the company $138 million dollars a year in wasted products to develop an
automated global solution, from a manual process into a Global automated solution. All 6 CRM modules were implemented and
installed on all Desktops.
•   Performed guidance to other Business Analysts on process issues and process flows on various, Internet, Intranet, Siebel
    database issues, and Laboratory Information Management Systems Warehouse Management systems, Maximo, Business
    Objects, Genesis, and other Business and Plant Operations and transportation applications.
•   Facilitated all stakeholder meetings for Marketing & Engineering, ELC Master, Technology, SH&E, Headquarter Operations,
    Plants, Supply Chain, Sales, and Pricing groups to define, concur and document on all of the Business processes.
•   Managed the applications development of all CRM Oracle/Siebel application modules from beginning to end.
•   Aided in all testing, composed all training documentation, and trained all end users.
•   Developed the Intranet sites for 7 plants using Visual Interdev and Visual Basic.

01/98           Xerox Connect - Remote Network Management Center Project Manager

•   Developed, Managed, and implemented a new automated change management system for 10 customers, and 4 Xerox
    Connect Locations within the US. Stage Gate Process Used: PDF (Project Delivery Framework)
*This project was just one customer out of 10 we supported. The development of this new automated solution, from a manual
process saved the company $35 million dollars a year, for just the 1 st, customer that was the pilot.
•   Managed small to large-scale projects. Projects included selection of hardware and software; systems and software
    development and implementations; system modifications and upgrades; development of Internet and Intranet systems;
    infrastructure; daily systems operations; change management; security systems; backup systems, and expansion of the
    Network Management Center.

Stage Gate Process Used: PDF (Project Delivery Framework). • This project was at a very high risk for failure if Shell decided to move forward. There were also issues I had discovered during my review process of their Budget Release document I was given: o Various Releases of Vista, had problems, some never tested with AutoCAD 2012, various .Net versions, and some associated apps not compatible with AutoCAD 2012. o There was a project in the Portfolio in which another Team was already in the testing stage of rolling out Windows 7. o Some of the 2009 associated apps were not compatible with 2012 or no longer supported. o Business Decision: Hold off until January 2013 to rollout AutoCAD 2013, with their associated applications on Windows 7 Operating System. 08/08 Collabera-Artech Information Systems L.L.C–Project Manager/Account Lead and Transition Project Manager for IBM 10/11 Houston, TX - (3 separate Contracts) • Gathered requirements in: estimating and contract/proposal writing and obtaining sign off from client on: SOW/Contract in regards to Solution or Problem Objectives; Project team, roles/responsibilities, Business cases, List of Deliverables, Project schedule and costs for both internal and external vendors. Objective was to consolidate one training and document retention application at a Boardwalk level. Ensured all applications were accessible to all stakeholders at various locations. Stage Gate Process Used: CVP (Capital Value Process) • Acted as Project Manager for new releases on a Global Oracle Financial Project. (Eagle Global Logistics). • Participated in the effort on aiding the client in the PMO office, which included standardized templates according to PMI standards. These new process were implemented for managing the Global Transportation companies’ Implementation Project on new releases of their Oracle Financial software. (Eagle Global Logistics). • Performed Database cleanup, and reporting templates in PVCS Tracker system on issues on new releases. (Eagle Global Logistics). • Managed multiple large Data Center Migration project for a very large Financial Institution. (Some resources and vendors were remotely managed in Ohio). This included turning manual process into this new system as well as converting data from various older systems utilized. (Included Use Case Analysis for Maximo, ACR System and gMMS web front end system). (Genentech). • Audited Purchase order files for various Procurement Departments at one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the oil and gas industries. This also included the Files for the Engineering and Construction Group, which covered the energy industry natural gas plants, refining and processing plants, production facilities and pipelines, both onshore and offshore and construction needs of governments and civil infrastructure (KBR-Halliburton). 07/00 Shell Oil Products US - Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager 12/03 Houston, TX • Participated and led the effort on building a new PMO office, which included standardized templates and building the PMO team according to PMI standards. Stage Gate Process Used: PDF (Project Delivery Framework) • Managed the rationalization of all business applications Portfolios, for numerous Shell locations to standardize all applications according to operational standards for all Shell locations. This was a Global project to implement a lock down environment of all desktops using Smartcard technologies. Also assisted customers in using and testing applications across multiple platforms of Shell’s Infrastructure. This included corporate applications, plant applications, and refineries across the US along with connectivity. (Project in whole-roughly $200m with 18 Project Managers). • Facilitated all stakeholder meetings for 18 people in 9 Business Units, and 14 people at 7 different plants. This was a total of 32 people to define, concur and document on all of the Business processes. *This project, was just one module out of 6, saved the company $138 million dollars a year in wasted products to develop an automated global solution, from a manual process into a Global automated solution. The development of this new automated solution, from a manual process saved the company $35 million dollars a year, for just the 1 st, customer that was the pilot. • Managed small to large-scale projects.
