We offer a restoration process for all types of suspended ceiling tiles which are faded with age or discoloured. - 4. The ProCoat process does not cause tiles to stick to the gridwork, as with painting, thereby allowing full access to the area above the ceiling for maintenance purposes.
- 5. Ceilings within buildings are virtual breeding grounds for bacteria and mould which together with dust, dirt, grease, and pollen may cause indoor air pollution. The ProCoat process combats this by removing the pollutants and then recoating the ceiling tiles and gridwork
- 6. With the ProCoat process there is no output to landfill thereby reducing the clients carbon footprint.
- 9. The work area is completely protected with special clear polythene sheeting hung from double sided tape applied to the perimeter walls.
- 10. All fittings & fixtures such as lights, smoke detectors, speakers and sprinkler heads are masked to prevent over-spray, polythene sheeting is also used to cover the floor area and all furniture, etc. within.
- 11. The entire ceiling is swept using soft sweep anti static brushes removing any loose dust etc. Further cleaning as required.
