a) NIVARAN application portal implementation for the grievances of the internal employees of Railways for
CRIS, Jun 2016 – July 2016.
Description:
Managed virtual teams (15+ resources), and driving project objectives by mentoring, motivating, and
encouraging team to surpass defined Project goals. Applied End-2-End project management skills,
comprising varied technology (open source & proprietary) and custom development projects in fast pace
and dynamic environments. The project was required to be completed in a very tight schedule.
Exhibited technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, for effective interaction with
third party (vendors)/stakeholders and all levels of management. Manifested various project management
methodologies with product development, infrastructure support and data migration projects.

Description:
Was Responsible for the project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project
initiation/proposals, project delivery, business liaison / stakeholder management / vendor management,
post implementation review and project close out / handover.
Established project requirements for Web based and Mobile apps and ensured compliance to all
timeframes and prepared appropriate presentations for the stakeholders. Prepared plans in accordance
with the staff and implemented all the projects for processes.
Developed the necessary project goals and ensured achievement of all the deliverables. Administered the
project resources and scheduled work within timeframe. Maintained track of the project deliverables and

Managed the virtual teams and drove the project by having weekly status calls from all the resources to
