The shared-use kitchen is owned by the nonprofit 3AJC and managed by Mary Carpenter. It aims to assist local farmers by providing infrastructure and services to develop, package, store, and ship value-added products. The kitchen offers a wide range of commercial-grade equipment and packaging capabilities, along with services like product development, labeling, bottling, and bulk purchasing. It is located off exit 41 of I-75 in Tyner, Kentucky and available to help anyone advance their food business ideas.
