Acerca de
The medical robotics research group of the University of Malaga is comprised of professors of the Department of System and Automatic Engineering and the first Chair of Surgery. Since 1990, the members of the Engineering Group have been working in the fields of robotics, telemanipulation, and computer vision participating and conducting numerous research projects. At the same time, the researchers of the first Chair of Surgery have been pioneers in Spain in the field of laparoscopic surgery.
