January 15, 2013 - April 15, 2013. Executed at Queretaro, Mexico.
Main responsibilities:
Manage the procurement of materials and equipment imported (from Europe and U.S.) and national machinery for
six factories of the group located along Mexico: Queretaro, Guadalajara, Toluca (2 factories), State of Mexico and
Monterrey.
Negotiate with foreign suppliers (Europe, U.S. and South America) and national suppliers, the best trade
agreements on the acquisition of machinery, equipment and import supplies.
Logistics and import processes monitoring, interacting with both forwarders and customs agents: Mexican
Northern Border (Nuevo Laredo), Mexican East Coast (Veracruz port). As well as point of entry (Arica port, Chile) in
South America. Until arrival at destination factory of the machinery and import supplies acquired.

AAACESA has two of the larger warehouses within the Customs of the International Airport of Mexico City.
Transfer area it’s the one in charge of collect the air cargo located in the different warehouses and bring it into
AAACESA.
Work description:
Manage human resource, mechanical equipment, cargo units and driving units of transfer area, always focused on
the compliance of the business agreements, time service and agreed conditions as well as the proper handling and
safety of the goods.
Under my charge, fifteen operators morning shift and five operators night shift, freight platforms, forklifts and
towing equipment.
Achievements:
- I reduced the waste of material resources by 100%. Reducing the expenses in transfers area.
