The project is basically to improvement of FE IVR (Front End) servicing in telephone banking by capturing customer
voices. If a customer dials in FE IVR line and gives input as customer identification number. He/she want to transfer
money to other bank / within bank, telephony banking agent would get the customer response as will be displayed
as break out reason captured as part of Say Anything framework.

Scope:
This project introduced a new, robust, automated Customer Verification Process (CVP) that allows Customers to be
authenticated via the telephony channel.
Major Project Details:
The project basically involves using telephony control panel which is web based system to manage verification
process for LBG Customers. The verification method follows a fully automated process and the questions for
verification are to be fully configurable by using TCP application. Customer verification performed on EDGE which
is desktop application used by telephony agent for telephone banking. When customer calls on IVR line, and if
customer do not have any verification token or have verification token in compromised state then call transferred
to EDGE for customer verification, and customer asked few question’s based on customer’s portfolio. Once
customer is verified by CVP process can be serviced on EDGE.

Scope:
This project introduced a new feature in Merret application (which is back end application used for managing
retails product information). It provides ability to gold seal (authorization for launching new ASOS product to the
customers) the styles/products. It also provides reporting feature called as Linked Lines in which business can get
details information of their products demand and supply.

Major Project Details:
The project basically involves using Merret application which is dot net based system to manage business
processes for ASOS suppliers. Merret provides many features to end users such as create a style/product, Purchase
order management, Bulk Merchandiser delivery authorization, Bulk Gold Seal Review, Linked Lines, Factory
Functionality and Supplier management etc. This is all about retails domain and how the systems manages retails
business via Merret application.
