Unique Art & Design villa for 10 Guests
The villa and its vast terraces are all furnished to a very high
standard. Most furnishings are custom made especially made
for this property. The villa is situated on a hill behind the bay
of Sa Caleta and Cala Yondal, In the South of the Island.

All bedrooms have big bathrooms with shower, bath tub,
double sinks extra WC and bidet. Two have outside showers
and only one has a shower, one sink and no bathtub (loft)
Each bedroom has very large cupboards with ample hanging
and shelf space. The master bedroom has a steam sauna. All
bedrooms have hair dryers and bathrobes Gym/Cinema/
billiard room would still exist if two beds are added.

ART: The villa has one of the world’s largest, private
collections of Eugenio Recuenco´s photographic Art. There is
