Strategy/M&A
− Led change management initiative at Infosys to introduce new Smart software networking
packages to customers BT, Colt, and Verizon; created new unit, recruiting technical
architects, analysts, consultants and 20 project managers in Bangalore, after overcoming
management resistance, which generated £25 million in revenue.
− Commended by BT Programme Director for positive leadership in managing 20 project
managers and closing 70 redundant systems as part of Andes Transformation
Programme, and for completing project £4 million under budget.
− Advised UK company on acquisition of an American technology business. Reviewed both
businesses and their strategic plans, to ensure that acquisition would further the client’s
ambitions, markets, cash flow, and profitability. Worked closely with the client ensuring
that they had the information needed to make decisions and to implement effectively.

Management
− Developed 150 page plan in two months for Transformation Programme at BT; researched
ways to eliminate redundancies, impact on regulatory/legal requirements, and process for
decommissioning existing business services; recognized for including strategy for quick
wins and successfully managing stakeholder expectations.
− Developed strategy to implement call recording solution within 13 regional offices for Visa
Europe; defined project scope and quality criteria, and ensured criteria met within one
month; convinced 15-member project board to support project by communicating
regularly.

Innovation − Persuaded senior management at Barclay’s in 2011 to take ownership of server for call
recording solutions instead of outsourcing to third party; analyzed costs, benefits and
regulations impacting new call recording program before final recommendation.
Governance − Set up governance structure and implemented five projects worth €20 million at VISA
Europe; ensured project cost, timeline, quality, resources, and risk beat targets; improved
quality by defining quality criteria and scope; resolved security issues.
Financial Control − Recognized for developing effective benefit tracking process for major IT migration project
