Master’s Degree
Empowers the leaders of tomorrow
• Five centers, six universities
• 10 fellows assigned to each of
the 5 master’s centers (50 total)
• 15 to 24 month course
Professional Development Certificate
Strengthens the leaders of today
• One center, one university
• Up to 25 fellows in each session,
maximum of up to 50 per year
• Three month course

– All applicants must be proficient in English
– For the master’s program: bachelor’s degree & 3+ years full-time related work
experience
– For the certificate program: strong academic background & 5+ years full-time related
work experience
Those not eligible to apply
• Rotarians and Honorary Rotarians
• Employee of a club, district, or other Rotary entity
• Spouse, lineal descendant, spouse of a lineal descendant, or an ancestor of any living
person in the above categories
• Former Rotarian within 36 months of resignation from Rotary

Rotary District in order to submit their
application.
– How do I contact a Rotary district? District

– This requires an interview from the district
and signatures from District Governor,
foundation committee chair and/or peace
fellowship subcommittee chair
– District must agree that they want to
sponsor the applicant
– District is not required to fund the
applicant if they are selected
