(1) to have any kind of protected area within the borders of the
destination
(2) to have accommodations and other services in the destination
(3) to have at least an initiative to coordinate the main stakeholders
(4) to have at least a strategic plan for developing the destination
(5) to have products and experiences to discover nature and local
culture
