Responsibilities:
Works with Single Family Loan Servicing Management to identify technology solutions that support corporate
strategies, respond to regulatory challenges, and increase operational efficiencies.
Lead Business Analyst on medium to large sized projects/releases, including: core system enhancements,
implementation of ancillary applications, process automation scripts, and data interfaces.
Project/release manager and QA lead on small to medium sized projects.
Systems analyst duties, including: system configuration, workflow design, data analysis, interface design, data
conversion mapping, and production support.
Develops customized reports for business partners, using Microsoft SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
Accomplishments:
Implemented GL Interface between core loan servicing application (MSP) and Corporate GL system. Work effort
included mapping of complex GL mapping table (400 monetary transactions for 20 unique loan products), and the
development of a reporting data mart. Provide continuing production support and release management. This product
improved GL reconciliation processes, and remediated audit deficiencies.
Mapped and implemented the new loan interface, for automated transformation and boarding of newly funded loans
from the loan origination system to the servicing system on a daily basis (approx. 1,000 new loans/month). Created
an exception handling process that allows Servicing to identify loan origination system data quality issues. Manage
semi-annual release cycle, for vendor-released enhancements and bug fixes.
Lead BA on a project to implement a new consumer loan module to the core servicing system, and convert acquired
consumer loans. Worked with the project team and vendor (BKFS) to stand up and configure the module, convert
loans, test, and develop new business processes. Responsible for overall management of requirements and testing
effort. Effectively consolidated consumer and mortgage servicing processes and established technology
infrastructure to allow for additional growth in consumer lending.
PROFILE
2. Lead BA on cross-functional project to create online banking integration between core loan servicing and core
banking systems. Performed cost-benefit analysis of variety of vendor-driven and internal solutions. Worked with
senior leaders to complete business case and recommend chosen solution to corporate project governance
committee. Implemented custom interface to display customer loan data in the online banking application, and allow
customer-initiated online transfers between deposit and loan accounts.
Worked with business partners to design a series of complex automated workflow templates for managing and
tracking loans in Default, Loss Mitigation, and Foreclosure. Resulted in improved end user loan pipeline
management, effective management reporting, and a reduction in investor compensatory fees/penalties due to more
accurate defaulted loan reporting. This work continued through 2013 and the implementation of the new CFPB
regulations.
Project manager and business analyst of a project to implement Phase I of the new loan delivery interface (ULDD) for
our investors, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The project included the development of mapping and business rules for
an XML interface file of over 325 data elements.
