PURPOSE
Analyses and defines HR Systems (SAP HCM & SuccessFactors) functions,business processes and user needs according to
operational and business needs and looks for improvement and enhancement atevery opportunity.
Planning,execution,monitoring,control and closure ofBusiness Projects within scope,quality,time and budgetrequirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage all activities and development relating to the HR Business Process & Systems Team.
Lead, review and approve proposed changes to SAP HCM & SuccessFactors.
Lead analysis,feasibility review and develop requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems and
ensures that the system design fits the needs of the users.
Analyse operational problems involving SAP HCM & SuccessFactors and develop appropriate solutions.
Manage configuration tasks for the SAP HCM & SuccessFactors to satisfyrequests from end users for fixes, changes,and
enhancements.
Interfaces with business to interpretand clarify functional configuration details and process change requirements involving
SAP HCM & SuccessFactors.
Acts as a liaison between departmental end users and ISC in the analysis, design, functional configuration, testing, and
maintenance of SAP HCM & SuccessFactors to ensure optimal system performance.
Present and lead discussions on SAP HCM & SuccessFactors functionality as it relates to current operational needs.
Coordinate proposals for process change and liaise with other Process teams when processes go over several teams.
Identify opportunities for improving business processes in partnership with end users and management through SAP HR
and associated information systems.
Track and documents changes in functional and business specifications and write detailed procedures that can be easily
understood by end users.
Develop and document operational and technical processes, functions, and procedures involving SAP HCM &
SuccessFactors and develop appropriate solutions.
Ensure that up to date training and education documentation is maintained and ongoing training programmes for the
Business are in place and reviewed on a quarterly basis.
Learn the characteristics of new systems and update skills to adapt to changing technology.
Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff on matters related to
SAP HCM & SuccessFactors.
Lead development of Super User Network and supports training in the usage of SAP HCM & SuccessFactors system
functionality.
Maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with all key stakeholders - end users, project team and ISC.
Lead development of improved ways of working.
Meet established priorities and project schedules.
Define and implement project documentation and quality standards.
Establish, plan and monitor the project.
Ensure that the projectis managed on a day to day basis and thatany changes to the project plan are correctly managed,
agreed and documented.
Plan, direct and control Hovis resources.
Deliver the project to agreed time, cost and quality standards.
Provide support and guidance to external consultants to ensure the integration of change in a fast moving Project
environment is as seamless to on-going operations as possible.
Facilitate the availability of additional internal expertise when issues, questions and technical concerns arise that are
unplanned.
Report progress of the project to the appropriate stakeholders.
Facilitate overall change control process and approval.
Create and maintain project Issue and Risk registers. Review, identify and facilitate the resolution of issues and risks
throughout the project.
