1. For your information and other clients, in addition to the normal
monetization of cash backed bank instruments, we are doing a
project funding program (attached overview) that is a non-
recourse loan for clients with qualified projects that may work for
some situations. The provider is not the same as the lender, but
one that we use in London. Lender knows the provider as one of
three registered bank instrument provider that he does business
with. Not selling, just providing information. If no interest, please
delete.
PROJECT FUNDING PROGRAM FOR QUALIFIED PROJECTS

NOTE REGARDING LOAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The loan
funding is stated as “LOAN” on bank documents and swifts, and it
is a Recourse loan with a repayment of one year one day with 5%
interest rate, but when the client/borrower pays for the required
bank collateral (standby letter of credit –SBLC) which is
monetized from the bank provider, and the bank provider
acknowledges this payment as being received, cleared and paid in
full, the Recourse Loan then reverts to a Non-Recourse loan with
no repayment, no interest, and both the Client and the Lender
after that time will no longer have any contract obligations,
unless the contract stipulates additional tranches to fulfill the
contract amount. Should the borrower not pay for the bank
collateral as required, regardless of the status of the loan, the
funding will be recalled using available channels such as:
regulatory authorities, apex / central banks, banks, IMF, FBI, US
Treasury, ECB, Interpol, etc. The Client will also be forced to pay
legal, bank fees, and penalty to the provider and the lender.
Subject to change at any time.
