- Who fails to plan, plans to fail! On planning and advance notification of public consultation
- Implementing consultations systematically (stakeholders, documents, methods, timing)
- How to report the results of public consultation
12.45 Next steps: What needs to be done next to improve public consultation process in Albania?
13.00 Lunch
Each session starts with an introductory presentation of different available alternatives and solutions by
SIGMA followed by discussion with the involvement of the OPM Good Governance and Legislation
departments as well as all other participants. The aim of the discussions would be to identify the most
suitable solutions for Albania.
Up to 15 participants, including representatives of the OPM, heads of policy departments and senior
public officials responsible for policy development/drafting from the ministries with highest legislative
activity.
