Through the joy and transformative power of sport, the
   2014 Special Olympics European “Games of the
   Heart” will reveal to the European Community the
            potential of athletes with intellectual
  disabilities, breaking down barriers and forging new
    friendships to help build a more welcoming and
                 inclusive society for us all.

2.   Create a strong legacy for Special Olympics
