Started my career in L&T as Management Trainee in June 2011. Offering around 4.8 years

2. 1. Talent Acquisition
• Responsible for manpower planning based on the upcoming projects & attrition trend.
• Formulate staffing strategies to hire for MEGA projects.
• Posting jobs on the job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Source for Critical/Key positions and manage external vendor relation for mass hiring.
• Manage and track the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Lead campus hiring of the company manage the entire process till on boarding.
• Responsible for Salary Fitments and negotiation of selected candidates.
• Completing reference check of selected candidates before issuing offer letter.

2. Compensation & Benefits
• Designing, evaluating and modifying benefits policies to ensure that programs are
current and competitive as per business need.
• Design Salary structure for Permanent role, Fixed term appointment & third party
role.
• Conducts Employee Benefits Enrollment meetings & different campaigns to educate
employees on benefits options and programs and assists with enrollment forms.
• Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly,
monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, vacation accrual, tax
deductions, benefit deductions, etc.).
• Verifies and ensures employee compliance with Benefits Eligibility Policy by
processing and reviewing report, Office Notes & circulars, and issuing appropriate
correspondence, approval notifications to employees and consider it for Payroll
input.
• Executes and completes all phases of retirement process including, issuing advance
intimation letter to staffs, issuing final retirement letter along with all the documents
related to Full & Final settlement, sending inputs to accounts & retirement section,
updating HRIS database.

3. • Executes and completes all phases of termination/ Separation process including
requesting final paychecks, conducting employee exit interviews, updating HRIS
database, and inputting appropriate information into vendor websites.
• Prepare monthly input report related to all the benefits, salary revision, salary
deduction etc. and send it to salary team for further action.
• Verifies and ensures employee compliance with Benefits Eligibility Policy by
processing and reviewing report, Office Notes & circulars, and issuing appropriate
correspondence, approval notifications to employees and consider it for Payroll
input.
• Ensures benefit deductions are accurately applied by reviewing monthly benefit
payroll deduction report. Manage & Supervise payroll team members and assist
them with administering payrolls, month end consolidation and processing support
as required.
• Providing decision making support to deal with the employee disputes and queries in
association with salary and benefits.
3. Performance Appraisal
• Able to maintain Performance Appraisal process of the company transparent, clear
and consistent across the different levels.
• Responsible for holding Performance Planning Workshop & facilitates in setting KVDs
of Individuals in the presence of their Dept. Heads.
• Responsible for conducting Mid Term Review of the Appraisal Cycle.
• Responsible for Co-ordinating & conducting Micro View Group meetings in presence
of Clusters/Projects/SBG heads to ensure compliance with the guidelines on
Distribution of ratings, promotion norms etc.
• Close the appraisal process by Conducting counselling sessions and redressing
grievances of employee.
4. Payroll, MIS & Leave Management
• Giving input to payroll team on termination, new joiners, benefits approved etc.
• Informing payroll about Salary Revision, Grade revision, contract revision.
• Maintaining Human Resource Information System and identifying scope to improve it.
• Keep a track of updation of MIS at HQ, Zonal & Cluster Level.
• Circulate the same to all the stakeholders.
• Updating confirmation, contract, absorption (of trainees on payroll) & leaves status of all
the employees of West Zone.

4. • Coordinate with human resource groups to execute programs that require cross
functional resources.
5. Employee Engagement
• Closely Co-ordinate & monitor the Job Rotation Scheme of Trainees with the help of
cluster HR team for their all-round development in the organization.
• Implement Employee recognition Scheme like Long Service Award, Public Praise etc.
on regular basis in order to keep a motivated work force.
• Organizing picnics, Birthday Celebrations, conducting festive events etc.
• Handling Employee Relations & Employee Grievances.
6. Training & Development
• Planning & Publishing Training Calendars for West Zone.
• Follow up for the nominations for the training programmes from HODs, Project Head.
• Driving Training programmes as per Training Calender & Training need analysis.
• Sending data related to training to Systems Team for updation.
• Handled Graduate Engineer Trainee’s Job Rotation for Mumbai Region successfully with
90% of the target achieved. The same was broadcasted internally in e-bulletin.
