Take Care of Equipment
Don’t randomly push buttons on the
computer.
Don’t adjust keyboard trays.
Don’t change the desktop on the
computer.

Before You Come In--
Keep your hands clean.
Go to the restroom if possible.
Get a drink if possible.
Throw away gum, candy, food, and
drink.

When You’re Sitting Down--
Use correct posture.
Use both hands to type.
Hands on your own keyboard and
mouse.
Orange cover stays on when the
teacher says it needs to be on fore
keyboarding.

Sit in your assigned seat.
Keep your eyes on your OWN screen.
Keep your headphones on if you want
to listen to the sound.

If You Have An Emergency--
Let Mrs. Bevill know if you have to go
to the restroom, put the pass on your
desk and take the restroom pass.
If you sneeze, get a tissue from the
front table and wipe your nose.
If you’re going to be sick, go to the
bathroom or trashcan.

Ask a neighbor if they can help you.
Raise your hand if you need the
teacher—Don’t get out of your seat.
Don’t yell at the teacher.

No email.
No chatting.
Never give out personal information.
DO NOT install ANYTHING!--Don’t
just click “yes”!

Call the teacher over to see it
DO NOT call your friends over to
see it.

When It’s Time To Go--
Hang up your headphones.
Close out all programs.
Push your keyboard tray under the
table.
Push your chair under the table.
Mrs. Bevill will tell you when to Line
up.

Consequences of
Inappropriate Behavior
1st--Verbal Warning
2nd--Fill Out Behavior Reflection Sheet at an
assigned spot away from your computer for at
least 5 minutes. You will give this Reflection
Sheet to Mrs. Bevill
3rd--If you continue the inappropriate behavior,
then you will be sent to a Buddy Room, to fill out
another Behavior Reflection Sheet.
4th—If you continue with the inappropriate
behavior after the Buddy Room, then you will be
sent to the Focus Room.
