About Inspirant Group
Inspirant Group was
founded in 2017 by three
former consultants that were
looking to build something
new. They are a group of
#unconsultants that provide
companies with expertise in
Strategy and Operations,
Learning and Development,
and Technology and Data.
They have redefined the
consultant role and industry
and are driven by inspiration
and seek to inspire others
along the way.
About North Chicago
Community High School
NCCHS is a highly diverse
community of learners with
the purpose to prepare all
students for success in
college, careers, and global
citizenship. The school
community serves about
800 students ranging from
9th - 12th grade in the
North Chicago and Great
Lakes area.

Business Case Challenge
Through SuitUp, volunteers from Inspirant Group and students from North Chicago Community
High School participated in a SuitUp business competition in which they created a new strategy
to encourage clients to share testimonials that highlight their journey from inspiration to
transformation. Volunteers coached students in various departments before helping them pitch
to judges for a cash prize.

said that engaging with the volunteers influenced their career
choice and now they can see themselves using skills such as
communication, teamwork and public speaking.
