3. Aqua Moving Services manage every aspect of the complete moving process from door to door. Your assignees
will be relocated in the most stress free, efficient and cost effective manner and they will only require one
pre-move survey/home visit which will be completed by an Aqua Moving Services representative. We will then
provide you with 3 all-inclusive door to door quotations on a one page cost comparison summary.

REMOVAL QUOTES:
Once we receive the results back
from our surveyor following the
pre-move survey we will then
provide this information to our
panel of removal partners at both
origin and destination cities to
enable them to provide us with the
most competitve door to door cost
for the move.
DISCUSSING YOUR
REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS:
Once we receive details from
you regarding your assignee and
the relocation, one of Aqua’s
international move managers
will contact them within 24 hours
by telephone to discuss their
specific moving requirements
and to explain how Aqua will
efficiently and professionally
manage and coordinate
the move.
PRE-MOVE SURVEY
During the telephone conversation
our move manager will also
arrange for an Aqua surveyor to
meet with your assignee at their
home, on a day & time most
convenient for them.
INSURANCE:
In addition, we will also discuss
insuring your assignees belongings
whilst they are in transit. We will
provide you with a quote to fully
insure the consignment and will
send through the details of this,
at the same time as the removal
costs, for approval.
CONFIRMATION OF
MOVING REQUIREMENTS:
Following the telephone
conversation, we will then send an
email to your assignee, to confirm
this discussion and to reconfirm the
date and time of the pre-move
survey. We will also attach a copy of
our insurance valuation form along
with an explanation of the cover.

COST COMPARISON
SUMMARY:
When we have all the rates back
from our removal partners from
both origin and destination cities,
along with an insurance value
from the completed insurance
valuation form, we will then send
the 3 door to door quotations
on a one page cost comparison
summary to you, for approval.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
& DELIVERY:
Once customs clearance has been
completed we will then liaise with
our destination partner regarding
the delivery of the belongings.
When a date has been confirmed
we will contact your assignee by
telephone on the day of the
unpack to ensure that everything
is proceeding to their satisfaction.
We will keep you informed with
developments, as they occur.
APPROVAL OF THE QUOTE:
As soon as approval of our quote
has been received by us we will
contact the assignee to confirm
the exact date they would like
their belongings packed and
moved.
PACKING OF THE
BELONGINGS:
An email will be sent to the assignee
to confirm the time the crew will arrive
on the day of the packing of their
belongings, as well as information of
the documents required for customs
export/import purposes in relation to
this. We will also contact the assignee
on the day of the move by telephone
to confirm that everything is
proceeding to plan and to their
satisfaction. We will keep you informed
with all developments, as they occur.
SHIPMENT DETAILS:
After the packing and collection
has been completed we will then
provide the shipping details for
the move and an ETA for when the
belongings will arrive in the
destination country.

The removal of household goods and personal effects (798 cubic feet) from London UK to Singapore .To be shipped in an
exclusive 20ft sea freight container including all necessary preparation, full export wrapping and packing of all effects, customs
clearance in Singapore, delivery to your new residence (normal access), all furniture unwrapped (and re –assembled where
applicable), cartons unpacked and full removal of debris on the day of delivery.
Additional Information:
Price excludes VAT at the applicable rate, transit insurance cover, customs duties or taxes, customs inspection/examination fees in
Singapore & parking permits. Please note that if you are unable to provide Aqua Moving Services with a declaration of value then
