Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
 Performing evolved role of Business partner such as effectively managing all employee relation issues, alongside
providing a comprehensive recruitment function for permanent recruitment and Responsible for building
relationships with both management and employees and advising the business.
 Supports in the development and implementation of the people plan, translating business needs into relevant HR
programs and projects, ensuring alignment with team members and Expertise areas; Participating in working
