Saskatchewan in motion created the 30-30-30 model to encourage a shared approach to providing physical activity for kids. Saskatchewan in motion recommends kids achieve the recommended 60 minutes of physical activity by participating in 30 minutes of physical activity at home, in the community and at school. This presentation focuses on the model generally.

- Families, schools and communities must share the responsibility to ensure Saskatchewan children & youth get the required 60 or more minutes of physical activity they need everyday! If leaders and role models at home, at school and in the community each do their part to ensure that children and youth have the opportunity for 30 minutes of physical activity every day , the 60-90 minutes can be easily achieved.
