From IT to BT <ul><li>Technology & Business both need to work together for business success. </li></ul><ul><li>Interestingly all of them don’t understand each other but are best in what they do. </li></ul><ul><li>So when they meet it gives rise to potential conflict when we try to do something in other’s domain. </li></ul><ul><li>Within business some implement and some decide, so in technology. </li></ul><ul><li>The business may not like to learn technology implementation like .Net, SQL but it has the power to align IT with Business by framing policies to meet its demands. </li></ul><ul><li>Technology doesn’t need to come up with business decisions but give the best timely cost effective solution with alternates & risks. </li></ul><ul><li>Business Analyst, Technical Analyst AND Technical Business Analyst. </li></ul>
