Receive application and conduct preliminary screening as per post conduct telephonic interview for
screening for employment.Recruitment: Job description, job posting, sourcing the resumes, Policy
Implementation: Policy Formulation, Different types of Policies, Reasons and Benefits of Policy
Implementation
Arrange and conduct technical interview and written test with concerned function HODs (as per
position).Obtain completed applicable form, relevant documents and other forms from candidates.
Send the candidate for medical test (if applicable, for example Pilot should be send for eye/ Vision
checkup).Obtain results for medical test and inform candidate for rejection / approval.In case of
rejection analyze the reason for rejection.
Initiate the process of background check & reference check if required .

Update the status of leave in the employee leave record.Develop consolidated attendance report.
Ensure all leaves are approved by HOD, in case discrepancy inform the employee.Calculate the
leaves balance and communicate the balance to employees at end of every month.
Generate attendance input sheet for payroll and get approval from Corporate Head HR.
Generate consolidated leave sheet for payroll get approval from Corporate Head HR.Forward the
data/ reports to corporate HR office.
Employee Engagement
Ensure Welfare activities are conducted as per schedule.Generate the feedback report/ Grievance
Report.B.Day,Marriage anniversary,culture activities, sports,Etc.
Employee Separation
Receive application from employee for resignation.Inform Head HR & Department HOD.Collect and
analyze the results of exit interview based on set dimensions.Ensure commercial authority and
controls are disabled and inform.
Manage exit formality – no dues, calculate leave balance, process the full and final settlement and
coordinate farewell as per policy-conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal
development classes for staff members.
