WHO IS CONTRIBUTOR? 
One who always tries to bring out the best from the 
concerned. 
One who tries to combine effectiveness + human values 
More concerned with the positive change in society rather 
than working for money only. 
Ex. Kiran Bedi, Narayan Murthy, Steve Jobs, 
Do listen to all and pick up the best out of it. 
Though working period is over, still continue to work until

satisfactorily finishing.
WHO IS NON-CONTRIBUTOR? 
One who is able to help others but will not do so. 
It might be his/her responsibility to work but will not work 
accordingly. 
Ex. Sweeper who works less hours of job though his 
work is incomplete. 
Only works for any particular goal without seeing its effect 
on others. 
Ex. Ajmal Amir Kasab, Bin Laden 
Never responds positively. 
Ex. Some govt officers who never replies properly. 3

Generally, success can be defined by each person differently 
according to the thinking. 
But success can be basically divided into two parts

Where one try to get the target by adopting any

May take the wrong path. 
Keep only goal in the mind, but can not enjoy the 
through out process.

Where final destination is not that much important. 
Its great if they reach the target, but they

WHO IS CONTRIBUTOR? One who always tries to bring out the best from the concerned. One who tries to combine effectiveness + human values More concerned with the positive change in society rather than working for money only. Ex. Kiran Bedi, Narayan Murthy, Steve Jobs, Do listen to all and pick up the best out of it. Though working period is over, still continue to work until 2 satisfactorily finishing.
  • 3. WHO IS NON-CONTRIBUTOR? One who is able to help others but will not do so. It might be his/her responsibility to work but will not work accordingly. Ex. Sweeper who works less hours of job though his work is incomplete. Only works for any particular goal without seeing its effect on others. Ex. Ajmal Amir Kasab, Bin Laden Never responds positively. Ex. Some govt officers who never replies properly. 3

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY SUCCESS..?? Achievements..?? Awards…?? Rewards..?? Praise..?? Working for yourself..?? Working for others..?? Generally, success can be defined by each person differently according to the thinking. But success can be basically divided into two parts External Success Inner Success 4

SUCCESS External Success Where one try to get the target by adopting any method. May take the wrong path. Keep only goal in the mind, but can not enjoy the through out process. Inner Success Where final destination is not that much important. Its great if they reach the target, but they concentrate more to learn lot during entire journey. Always ready to innovate some new things for all. 5

EXPLORING THE VISION.  Contributors have a deeper and wider definition of success than Non-contributors.  Contributors are able to deepen and widen this definition of success to include personal fulfillment, development of self-esteem, ongoing development of personal capabilities, etc.  While Non-contributors define success in terms of material success, achievement, external impact, etc. 10
  • 14. So far we have seen about different application example of contributor and non-contributor’s vision of success. But now let us look at thinking of some great contributor and try to guide ourselves. 14

TEAMMATE’S VISION. After victory world cup is dedicated to sachin tendulakar. Team mates carried him on their soldiers. Teammate Virat Kohli: “This win is for Sachin.” Bowler Zaheer Khan: “It is a dream come true and we wanted it so badly for this very special Guy.” Yuvraj Singh: “I wanted to win the World Cup for Sachin. He was always around for me. During my tough times, he told me to keep up the spirit. He said ‘You don’t know what is there in the box for you in future. You may be working hard, but work harder’. But some people worship money as something you’ve got to have piled up in a big pile somewhere.
