Equipment Operator – Multiple areas on Equipment from running Sand, Operating the
LAS to distribute Chemicals, Running the line and dealing directly with Supervisors
and Consultants for all stages of Hydraulic fracturing.
United States Army, 2006 - 2014
STAFF SERGEANT - Completed 8 ½ year career with the U.S. Army. Gained upper-
level manager status.
An active participant in the swift/forceful turnaround of the armed forces that led to the
U.S. victory in Operation Iraqi Freedom V and VII. Part of the management team that
proved that the Iraqi military could be managed and sustains itself, provide and attain
support from different militaries from multiple countries. Specific duties and
achievements include:
Management: Led multiple teams of 10 men to include a platoon of 4 Bradley fighting vehicles, 4
Striker Infantry Carrier vehicles. Led more than 50 man rear detachment company
during support efforts of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Operations &
Logistics:
Was the primary Noncommissioned Officer of 50 men, responsible for $55 million of
equipment, controlling the procurement of durable, expendable and nonexpendable
items. A recognized expert in planning and executing complex operations with 100%
accuracy and success,including the scheduling and movement personnel and the
timely transfer of millions of dollars worth of equipment to support and maintain
operations.
2. Automation &
Cost Control:
As head of the Legal Team Department for a 300 personnel installation, successfully
increasing effective resources for the installation. This resulted in a cost savings for the
United States Military. Managed housing, maintenance, and repairs of 450 employees
living quarters.
Training &
Development:
Eight and a half years experience as a leader and a mentor to hundreds of employees
from training to personal growth. Led, supervised, and worked alongside employees to
perform basic communication functions, preventive maintenance on a variety of
equipment, and vehicles, safety requirements.
