Client Diary 4
My last week of production was finishing off my project (except I have to go back and add sound to the opening because it
seems wired to have no sound on it), it was mostly uneventful. I was able to finally add the stabbing sound effects and I added
a lot of fades to each cut but then I seemed to add to many so I just put transitions between the scenes that had the pixel
effects on them. I lastly made sure that the pacing wasn’t too fast, their were a few tweaks that needed to be ,made but after I
sat through the 4 minute video 5 times I saw that everything melded together smoothly.
I was able to get the overall project finished because the only unfinished things were the stabbing animations and some fast
scenes which I fixed and made properly work. The only thing I didn’t get done was the opening sounds because I seemed to
overlook it and anytime I went back to it I didn’t know what to add to it.
The there weren’t that many areas that need improving (except for adding the sound effects to the opening), I can only think
of is improving some cuts having barely visible mistakes. These mistakes are the odd pixel in the effects I’ve added are out of
place or not supposed top be in a certain shot and some effects will appear to small or too big, my improvements would be
fixing these mistakes.
