• Helped board all the 1600 invitees with boarding passes starting from Gulbarga to reach Bangalore well within the concert time.
• On Board F&B with refreshments was handled for the entire To & Fro Journey .
• They were picked up from Yesthwanthpur Rly station from BMTC Buses to the concert venue & back to Rly station after the concert.
• Total Manpower of 65 was deployed on the train to handle the logistics thought out the To & Fro Journey.
