As part of Integration, Build and Release Management (T24 Admin):
Client: Lloyds TSB UK Wealth Management and JP Morgan Chase (UK & Saudi Arabia)
- Preparing the build which includes both application and database backup.
- Ensures timely delivery of project builds therefore determines the scope of Release Management
- Manages the overall release management and delivery process of the Local Developments, Change
Request, Defects for the Temenos Banking Product T24 to the client JP Morgan chase & co.
- Have wide experience on Upgrade of the software release of the product T24 on all OS platforms
like AIX, UNIX and Linux.
- Installation of TAFC and TAFG which are the basic application frameworks for the T24 product.
- Responsible for overall deployment activities in all offshore environments which includes UAT, SIT,
Staging and master environments.

2. - Troubleshooting the issues while deployment and assuring successful deployment and
synchronisation of all offshore environments.
- Leads the team members in solving issues and assures quality in delivering the deliverables to JP
Morgan chase & co client.
- Integrates the components in offshore environments based on the release management process and
provides support coverage in UAT, SIT Testing and GO-LIVE of the project. Have been part of
release management in various LIVE project like JP Morgan Chase.
- Provides knowledge transfer for the junior resources and ensures knowledge is shared across the
team which will lead to smooth sailing of the projects.

Tools like SVN and Perforce.

Responsibities: Controlling the deliverables for the clients JP Morgan Chase & Co based on the committed
date and resource availability. Deciding on the release management process along with clients during project
initiation. Provides support for all the stages of the project like UAT, SIT, Testing and GO-LIVE. Understand
client expectations and provides the deliverables within the timeline and with good quality. Controls local table
process for all the projects and maintains synchronization. Responsible for the deliverables and its deployment via
both RTC and integration tools. Have been part of the release management process for various GO-LIVE clients.
Project 2 : Offshore support for Environment Management

Clients : Lloyds TSB UK Wealth Management and Ever bank World Markets
Responsibities: Creation, Configuration and Maintenance of all offshore environments of the project.
Conversion of client Unix Oracle environment to Windows Jbase. Taking backup and restoration of various
database servers like oracle,SQL,DB2 and also for the source control tools like SVN, Perforce. Ensures clean-up
for proper capacity of the servers. Upgrade and install of T24 application servers.
Project 3 : Integration and Source Control

Responsibities: Responsible for complete Source Control and Versioning of the projects. Have experience
in configuration of web server. Maintains tools like SVN and perforce. Provides access control to the developers
and leads of the projects and maintains the integrity of the versioning system. Have experience in administrative
tasks of the versioning tools. Such as updation, deletion and modification to the base repository of the individual
project.
