Responsibilities focused on administrative duties and patient priority, to operate the front
business office in a professional and proficient way. I have efficient multitasking skills. I trained new
employees and trained all staff on updates as needed. I made sure that the office flowed from the
front office to the surgical staff. Utilized Word and Excel programs on a daily basis. Created a front
office training manual. Transposed letters from dictation to a word formatted program to send to
other dental professionals and to insurance companies. Created lists and reports to manage time,
collect on accounts receivable, ordering and keeping track of office and surgical supplies, patient
treatment progress and to keep a record of office meetings. Other ways of multitasking on a daily
basis were by making phone calls, treatment planning, creating payment plans, billing and

provided them with the instructed doses of pre-medications. Obtained patient clearances from a
