One day, a wise man asked,


   Why are
   managers and
   supervisors so
   stingy with
   praise?
He heard many answers
                                People are
                                managers,
                                not leaders.
    Why should I praise them?
      They’re doing what        We lack
       they’re paid to do.      genuine
                                leaders.


             Too much
             praise spoils.
                                           People are raised in praise
             People may see                stingy environments so they
             you as weak                   never learn how.
             and take
             advantage.
