We understand that without high calibre candidates, all our efforts
are for nothing. So we go out of our way to understand their career

our internal database.

Permanent roles
Our fees are transparent and flexible, based on the level of work required to
find you the best candidate. This might include advertising costs if deemed
necessary, the number of meetings required and time spent on search,
referencing, offer handling and negotiation.
Contract roles
Our contract margins are dependent on a number of factors including length
of contract, volumes of business transacted, level of seniority and scarcity of
skills on the market.
