Main responsibility for running the freelance construction desk dealing with main contracting
clients with both commercial and operational staffing requirements. I assisted and supported new
consultants within the division and provided mentoring to trainees.

Responsible for the day-to-day sales operation of nine consultants across all sectors of the
construction industry, with primary focus on the continued development of sales and staff.
