RESOURCE EFFICIENCY PROGRAMME FOR CITIES
2. Towards Resource Wisdom
•Resource Wisdom project is developing an over-arching framework for large or middle-sized cities to encompass climate, environment and resource efficiency policies as a modular programme.
•City of Jyväskylä is the test-bed for the programme and pilot city in promoting resource wisdom and in search for resource-efficient and low-carbon production and consumption.
•The model is a scalable, step-by-step programme for municipalities and their cross-sectional stakeholders in the region for creating well-being from circular and carbon-neutral economy.
