Managing employees can be a challenging responsibility. You don't only have to understand and deal with different personalities, you also have to encourage them to work as a team.

In this presentation, we enumerated activities that can foster teamwork in the workplace. These activities have been identified based on Tuckman's Team and Group Development Model.

  6. Stage 2 – Storming Members vie for positions Confusing goals, arguments and differences in work styles arise Goals and Roles Members express ideas but struggles with communication issues Communication Independent of each other Relationship
