IDEA DE INVERSION

• Invertir en Petrobras a través de una nota de
  banco ITAU.
• Característica Principal de la Acción (PBR) para
  Invertir:
  – A nuestro entender está rezagada del resto del
    mercado brasilero.
  – Inmenso plan de inversión en virtud de
    yacimientos encontrados.
ESTRUCTURA DE INVERSIÓN

•   Collar Spread: Se busca Aprovechar potencial de crecimiento esperado por
    el mercado de la acción (Entre 40% y 60%), de up‐side en 12 meses.
•   Sin perjuicio de esto, buscamos protección de 20% de una potencial caída
    del mercado.
•   En una estructura a 90 días nos quedamos con 100% del up‐side siempre y
    cuando no sea mayor a 25% (Poco probable), en el caso de superar ese
    25% , recibiríamos sólo el Capital Inicial.
•   La protección sería del 20%, vale decir si la acción cae menos de este % , a
    los 90 días recibimos completo nuestro capital inicial, si cae más de esto
    (en nuestra opinión, poco probable) recibiríamos acciones de Petrobras al
    valor inicial.
TESIS DE INVERSION

• Se le asigna alta probabilidad a que la acción de
  Petrobras suba en los próximos 90 días, se estima
  entre un 8 y un 15%.
• Por lo que , sacrificar un potencial crecimiento, que
  excediera más allá del 25% nos parece conveniente
  en virtud de lograr una potencial protección de hasta
  un 20%, en el caso de que viniera un ajuste de los
  mercados emergentes.
