Ten "quick" tips and questions to answer and always take into consideration when designing for the users. While we might personally like the user experience and interaction design, it does not generally mean that the users will like it. Always remember, "you are not the user!"

2. Most important step for any digital strategy: start within. Identify
what your customers don’t like. Admit the problem. Fix the problem.

3. Users want to achieve their goals. Not yours. Provide
a solution. The return will be greater than you expect.

4. Just because you like it does not mean your
customers will.

5. Multi-tasking is a myth. Users switch between
tasks.

6. If it looks good, it doesn’t necessarily mean it
works. Test. Test some more.

7. Designing for mobile? Can it be used with one
hand? No? Go back to the drawing board.

8. Call to actions are important. Only when
relevant!

9. Steer away from technical jargon. Speak your
customers’ language.

10. Consumers have a short attention span. Be
clear and concise.

11. Most importantly, ask yourself: Would you use
your product? Why?
