– maps, ppt, graphic aids, pictures
– appeal to the eyes

1. Intrapersonal Communication
– talking to yourself; communicating with oneself
– reflection
2. Interpersonal Communication
– with another person
– communication involving two or more people
3. Extended Communication
– requires electricity
– ex. calling through phone, online classes,
watching television, listening to radio
4. Organizational Communication
– communication within an organization or institution
– top-to-bottom: when communication come
from the top management to the subordinates
– bottom-to-top: from subordinates to the top management or admins
5. Intercultural Communication
– two individual whose cultural background are different have interaction (like
language contact)
