ADVERTISING CONTRACT AGREEMENT
The following provisions and signatures constitutes an agreement between KINGTOM
MULTIMEDIA LIMITED, referred to as; KINGTOM TELEVISION, and
TRUST NATURAL SPECIALIST CLINIC referred to as the ‘‘Advertiser’’
CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
PROGRAM TITLE ADVERTISEMENT

CONTRACT FEE FOR MONTH GHC 1,500.00
BENEFITS
 5 Minutes documentary 2X daily
 LPM on Midday News.
CONTRACT FEE FOR 3 MONTHS
CONTRACT DURATION ONE MONTH (Subject to renewal)
TRANSMISSION START DATE 7TH
DECEMBER,2022
TRANSMISSION END DATE 7TH
JANUARY,2023
TERMS OF PAYMENT CASH / CHEQUE 50 % UP-FRONT before
commencement of advert and the remaining 50%
payment must be completed a week before
contract expires.

OBLIGATION
KING TOM TV
1. Ensure that the adverts will be transmitted on the date and time specified in the agreement.
2. If for any reason the station is unable to play the advert on a schedule date, it shall be
rescheduled for the next date with no obligation to refund any money or part thereof
previously paid to KINGTOM TV.
3. Give reasonable notice to the advertiser of its inability to play the advert on a particular
date or time.
THE CLIENT / ADVERTISER UNDERTAKES TO:
1. Pay all sums due KINGTOM TV in connection with the contract expires.
2. The transmission of the program will not infringe any personal propriety or other rights of any
party or be in breach of any contract or law.
3. The program will on delivery, comply with the stations program outlines.
4. The client agrees to pay fifty percent (50%) Up-Front of contract fee before commencement
of content, either CASH or CHEQUE.
The client should give the TV station two weeks’ notice if he /she decide to terminate the
contract. All rights in respect of performing rights in any music on the program have been
secured.

INDEMNITY
The advertiser hereby indemnifies KINGTOM MULTIMEDIA LIMITED agrees to hold
indemnify against all claims, cost, proceedings, damages, expenses, liabilities or whatsoever,
arising directly or reasonably foreseeable as a result of any breach by the advertiser of any
presentation or warranties of other terms herein contained or implied by law.
