Identify All Innovations (brainstorming,
problem solving techniques)
Develop An Innovation Culture (creative

– Brainstorming sessions (individual sessions or
small group settings (3-6 people))
– Problem solving exercises – present a
particular problem and look for:
• The underlying cause of the problem
• Multiple solutions to resolve or at least minimize
