32. Summary
Lhanbryde – Scheme completed in 2005. By 2010 the
damages avoided has exceeded the capital expenditure.
Forres – One scheme completed in 2009. This scheme
has already mitigated against a 1 in 20 year event.
Rothes – Scheme will be complete imminently (weather
permitting!)
Elgin – Scheme designed and construction due to
commence in April 2011.
Forres – Second scheme designed and construction due
to commence in September 2011.
