maintenance and operation of automation control systems, Analyser systems, industrial networks
and the individual products, which comprise these systems.
I designed maintenance management system and carried out time-based maintenance,
troubleshooting, route causing and modifications, so as to increase the plant availability and
decrease plant breakdown to achieve highest profit in export revenue.
I used SAP software for receiving work orders, job allocation, requesting work permit, raising
purchase request, maintain minimum stock level, employees leave approval, customer
correspondence, etc,
I planned and prepared preventive maintenance schedule for periodical servicing and calibration
of various Control Instruments and control valves. We maintained such records as part of
