 First Class Bricks must be used in both BFS
and 5” Brick Wall
 60 Grade( 400MPa) Deformed Bar from any
Renowned Bangladeshi Manufacturer should
be used.
 Only Bangladeshi paints can be used for
painting works.
 The Mosaic floor finish must consist of Marble
Chips of Indian Origin. Chips from other
countries must not be used. Also, 100% white
cement must be used.
 Mahogany Wood for Door Frame and
Chapalish wood for Door Shutters must be
used.
 Window frames must be made with Aluminum
of S.S. color
 Tinted Glass(Greenish) from renowned
manufacturer should be used.
